During this unprecedented time, please know that Audi Norwell is open and preparing to continue servicing your Audi. However, the health and well‑bing of our customers remains top priority. We now offer 3 different contact‑free ways to have your care repaired and serviced:

Drive up to our service entrance, leave your keys in the car. Then call 781‑261‑5200 to speak with a service advisor.
Use our after-hours key drop located to the right of our service entrance 24 hours a day, be sure to put your phone number on provided drop off envelope and we will call.
Leave your keys in the car at your house or office and we will pick the car up at a scheduled time. Please call to schedule.

Surfaces we encounter both inside and outside your vehicle and loaners will be cleaned and disinfected.

Call before you pick up and your vehicle will be waiting outside.

All payments can be made online or over the phone.
